Trucking insurance · South Gate, CA
Insurance that keeps your trucks rolling.
Running local or nationwide, we've got you covered. From one owner-operator to a full fleet, we build trucking coverage around the way you haul, plus the permits that keep you legal, all with one agency.
Wherever you run
Local or nationwide, we've got you covered
Across town or across the country, we build your policy around where your trucks actually go, with the authority, filings and permits to match.
Around town
Dump trucks, tow trucks, box trucks and drayage running local routes and job sites. Intrastate permits like your CA number and MCP handled in-house.
Across the Southwest
Regular lanes through California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas, with IRP plates, IFTA, Form 2290 and New Mexico, Oregon and Kentucky weight distance permits set up for you.
Coast to coast
Over-the-road carriers running interstate under their own MC. Liability filed with the FMCSA, cargo limits brokers ask for, and coverage that travels with you.

Whether you just got your MC or you run 40 trucks, the right policy looks different. We start with your operation, then find the coverage.

What's at stake
Small mistakes cost loads
Most trucking headaches start with paperwork. We catch them before they cost you.
An expired IFTA, IRP or MCP can park your truck at the scale. We track renewals for you.
Misstated radius, freight or an unlisted trailer can void a claim. We build the policy around how you really run.
Brokers won't wait. We issue certificates the same business day.
How it works

Trucking insurance questions
How much liability insurance does a truck need?
The FMCSA requires at least $750,000 in primary auto liability for for-hire carriers hauling general freight in vehicles over 10,001 lbs GVWR. Many brokers and shippers ask for $1,000,000. Hazmat carriers need $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. See our FMCSA requirements guide.
Can you insure a brand-new authority?
Yes. We work with insurance companies that write new ventures and newer CDL drivers, and we file your BMC-91X so your MC can go active. See new authority insurance.
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
Once your policy is bound, we can usually issue certificates the same business day, so you don't lose a load waiting on paperwork.
Do you help with MC, DOT and IFTA permits?
Yes. Our in-house permit team handles USDOT, MC, CA number, MCP, IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, New Mexico weight distance tax, Kentucky KYU numbers, Oregon, New York HUT and Connecticut highway use permits, bond services and INC or LLC setup. See permit services.
Why use an agent instead of buying online?
Buying direct gets you one company's price. As an independent agency we compare several trucking insurance companies, then stay with you for filings, certificates and claims.
